Fire Emblem Returns for the 3DS in Two Editions

RPG Tactics fans rejoice, the 3DS is receiving it’s critically acclaimed Fire Emblem series with not just one, but two installments.  Nintendo had been known for releasing multiple versions for some of their franchises and Fire Emblem appears to be the next title to do so.  The new games will be titled Fire Emblem: Blue Sacred Sword and Fire Emblem: Red Demon Lance.  Here’s the brief description given for the game…

“The game will take place 100 years after Sealed Sword, the story centers around Princess of Kingdom Bern and Prince of Kingdom Lycia, each will have different story in their perspective. The game will also have new Casual Mode for beginners and Lunatic Mode for advanced players.”

    Where are you getting the idea of 2 games from? The original source of the rumor only states that one game is coming out. I’m imagining the game will follow separate heroes like Sacred Stones and Radiant Dawn did.

      According to my source, it’s appearing that Nintendo is looking into experimenting by releasing two separate editions in the similar fashion that they have done with Pokemon. However, nothing is 100% confirmed yet and should be only taken as a rumor…
