Nintendo Looking into Unlocking More 3DS Power for Developers?

According to the translation from Gamekyo, it appears Nintendo is working on further pushing the CPU of the 3DS. They are stating that developers will be able to utilize 25% more graphical power out of the system, along with allowing patches for games to be downloadable via the eShop Channel. It seems like Nintendo is making sure that they can help all the developers on board the 3DS as much as possible. What do you guys think? Sound off in the comments!
