“Kirby 20th Anniversary” Announced for the Wii

April 21, 2012

News

Nintendo of America just tweeted that they will indeed make an anniversary collection for one of their iconic characters, Kirby. Kirby 20th Anniversary will contain all of “your favorite Kirby games” on a single Wii disc.

This is great news for Nintendo and Kirby fans, myself included. While not too many specifics were announced alongside the tweet, we can expect more concrete details between now and E3. I wonder which games they’ll have in the compilation? I loved Kirby’s Adventure and Kirby 64 to the point where I memorized the games from beginning to end and could beat them without taking a single hit. I would love to have those included on the disc (even if they are both available via Wii Shop Channel).

Which Kirby games were your favorites that you’d like to see in this compilation? Sound off in the comments below!
