Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD Soundtrack Announced

News

Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD is set to hit the PSN and XBLA sometime this summer, but the one question fans have been dying to know is if the original soundtrack is in place. Well, yes and no. The entirely soundtrack from both THPS 1 and 2 won’t be in the game but they did secure some of the classic tracks that fans should be excited for. Here’s the list of songs returning:

  • “Bring the Noise” by Anthrax featuring Chuck D
  • “Superman” by Goldfinger
  • “When Worlds Collide” by Powerman 5000
  • “Heavy Metal Winner” by Consumed
  • “May 16” by Lagwagon
  • “No Cigar” by Millencolin
  • “You” by Bad Religion

Every song there is definitely classic and has me stoked to fire the game up upon release. However, there are some new songs to accompany the HD release:

  • “The Bomb” by Pigeon John
  • “We the People” by Lateef the Truthspeaker
  • “Marathon Mansion!” by Pegasuses-XL
  • “Teenage Blood” by Apex Manor
  • “Please Ask for Help” by Telekinesis
  • “Flyentology (Cassettes Won’t Listen Remix)” by El-P featureing Trent Reznor
  • “USA” by Middle Class Rut

Personally, I’m not too familiar with the newer songs here but regardless, Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD will have some of the best songs from the original 2 games. What do you guys think? Sound off in the comments below!
