Wii U Game Box Art Leaked?

June 1, 2012

It appears Maximum Games has released info about their game, Jett Tailfin, for the Wii U and 3DS. However, while I’m sure this a game many of you are asking, “what is this?”, the news here is that they possibly leaked the box art style for Wii U titles.

That looks…really familiar.

As you can see in the image, the box art looks EXACTLY the same as a Wii box art. It’s a white box with the Wii logo on the top right of the cover art.

What do you guys think? Should it have changed or are you perfectly content with the same style box? Sound off in the comments below!

I’m betting this is just a placeholder. It’s a small third-party game, after all.

Good point Connor. At least, I hope it’s just a placeholder. As much as I like the Wii box arts, I’d love to see a different style for the Wii U box arts that make it differentiate from the Wii.

      Thanks for the comment!
